Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of Park Ave Executive booking, coordination, and corporate account services.
Use of Services
Park Ave Executive coordinates and arranges pre-scheduled transportation. Submitted booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation by a coordinator and are not automatically confirmed.
Transportation Providers
Vehicle classes may be fulfilled by properly licensed third-party transportation providers under Park Ave Executive coordination.
Account Responsibilities
Account holders are responsible for the accuracy of itinerary and passenger information submitted, and for permitted use by their authorized contacts.
Pricing and Billing
Pricing is confirmed at the time of reservation confirmation. Corporate accounts may be billed on approved monthly terms.
Limitations
Park Ave Executive shall not be liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events outside reasonable operational control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
