Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms are designed to balance operational commitments with reasonable client flexibility. Final terms are confirmed at the time of reservation confirmation.
Standard Sedan and SUV
Cancellations made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup are not subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellations inside that window may be billed at the confirmed rate.
Hourly and Roadshow
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start are not subject to a cancellation fee. Inside 24 hours, a portion of the minimum may apply.
Sprinter and Group
Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service are not subject to a cancellation fee. Inside that window, a portion of the booking may be billed.
Airport Transfers
Flight delays and rescheduled arrivals are accommodated where operationally possible without additional cancellation fees.
No-Shows
Reservations are held for a defined grace period. Passengers who do not appear may be billed for the confirmed booking.
Corporate Account Terms
Corporate accounts may negotiate alternative cancellation terms as part of an account agreement.
